Hey there, beautiful souls! I'm incredibly excited to introduce you to a course that marks a significant milestone in my yoga journey. "An Embodiment Journey into the Eight Limbs of Yoga" is a course that's been brewing in my heart for quite some time, and I'm over the moon to finally share it with you. 🚀


My Background:


As many of you know, I've been teaching yoga for a wonderful 15 years. My journey started with Ashtanga yoga, a practice deeply rooted in the philosophy of the Eight Limbs. It's been an incredible journey of self-discovery and growth, and I'm forever grateful for the wisdom it's brought into my life.





The Call to Share Philosophy:


While I've been teaching yoga for over a decade, this course marks my first foray into the realm of philosophy. It all began with the many questions I received from my yoga students. They wanted to understand yogic philosophy, the deeper meaning beyond the physical postures, and how to apply it to their lives. Usually, I'd recommend some excellent podcasts and resources.


The Creative Spark:


But a few weeks ago, a spark ignited within me. An idea blossomed—a vision to create beautiful visualization journeys infused with affirmations, drawing wisdom from the ancient yogic texts. I went down a bit of a creative rabbit hole, and before I knew it, this course came to life.


A Journey Unfolds:


Over the past week, I've been scripting, recording, and editing, pouring my heart and soul into this project. And honestly, I couldn't be happier with how it's unfolded. It's a labor of love, and I can't wait to share it with you.


The Challenge of Philosophy:


I understand firsthand how daunting it can be to grasp ancient yogic philosophy. It used to overwhelm me too. It's vast, deep, and often quite abstract. But that's precisely why I designed these embodiment journeys—to make the profound teachings of yoga easier to understand, accessible, and, most importantly, applicable to your yoga practice and your daily life.
